Operationalize Invisalign across locations without the overhead.
Your own orthodontist and orthodontic team plans every case, at every office. Your offices scan, deliver, and get paid.
After completing 900 Invisalign cases himself, Dr. Kaz switched to Two Front. Here's why.
16 offices. 256 Invisalign starts.
One multi-location group, from its first month with Two Front. No new hires.

“Two Front is part of our tech stack. Just like we tell our associates: good news, we have Pearl for X‑rays, and we have Two Front as part of our ortho tech stack.”
Group totals across 16 offices with a patient start, September 2025 to May 2026. Aligner profit is estimated: 256 starts at a contribution margin of about $1,330 per case, after chair time, team incentives, and processing.

What revenue looks like across your group.
Committed revenue per year, by number of offices.
Modeled, not promised. Straight-line scaling of the pace the 16-office group actually ran: 21.3 starts per office per year, each worth about $2,000 in committed revenue and 8 hours of doctor time saved. EBITDA assumes a contribution margin of about $1,330 per case, after chair time, team incentives, and processing; Two Front covers the lab bill, financing, and coordinators. Enterprise value applies the multiple you pick.
What doctors say about Two Front.
“Two Front is the best thing we've added to our practice. It's the best kind of revenue, which is passive.”Dr. TrujilloHigh Country Dental135 Invisalign starts in his first year

Built by an orthodontist who understands the challenges of offering Invisalign
"Even as an orthodontist who specialized in Invisalign, I struggled. The operations and the finances of running Invisalign as my only procedure came with a lot of challenges. I knew there had to be a better way."

Orthodontist, Founder of Two Front
Questions groups ask.
Who is clinically responsible for each case?
Your orthodontist. Every plan is designed and signed by a Two Front-certified orthodontist, who is provider of record and stands behind it through refinement. Your doctors deliver care with a specialist partner on every case.
How do you keep care consistent across offices?
One orthodontic team and one protocol serve every office. Orthodontists plan every case, so the standard does not depend on which doctor is in the chair that day.
What do our doctors and teams have to learn?
Very little. Doctors spot the teeth-fit issues they already see, such as wear, chips, and cracks, then scan the patient and schedule an Orthodontic Evaluation in the OrthoHub. Each office gets a Practice Kickoff and Practice Team Training. No ClinCheck training.
Who handles insurance and financing?
Your ortho team. Two Front pays the lab bill, monitoring, and financing fees, and files insurance. Your offices do not take on new billing work.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. Every Two Front account starts with a signed Business Associate Agreement, with the Two Front clinical entity licensed in your state.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your group. We walk through it on the call, with your own office count.
