The growth window

You see them first.

Six-month recalls put you in front of every child while they are still growing. Your team checks three directions. An orthodontist decides what happens next.

When timing matters most

Age

Width (side to side)about 7 to 9
Front to back (Class II)before about 12 to 14

Side to side

Narrow arch or crossbite

The one that cannot wait. Width is built while the child is growing, so it gets addressed first.

Top to bottom

Open or deep bite

Often fine to watch. Your orthodontist tells you when it needs action and when it can wait.

Front to back

Overjet or underbite

Has a deadline. A Class II correction works best before growth slows.

How it works for you

Early ortho, without the extra work.

01

An orthodontist on every case

A licensed orthodontist plans and oversees every child’s treatment. No guessing at case selection or timing.

02

Clear lines on what stays and what goes

About 5% of cases are ultra-complex. For those, we recommend the child be seen by a local orthodontist. You treat the rest in your office.

03

Parents and kids stay on track

Our patient support team answers parent questions and checks wear time through Continuous Remote Monitoring. Your front desk does not chase anyone.

04

No ClinChecks, no lab bills

We do the treatment planning and carry the lab costs. Your team scans, delivers aligners and sees the child at visits.

FAQ

Questions pediatric dentists ask us.

What ages do you treat?

Most early cases start between 7 and 9, once the first molars and front teeth are in. Teens are treated like any other case. Your orthodontist decides timing child by child.

What about the orthodontists I refer to today?

Keep them. About 5% of cases are ultra-complex, and for those we recommend the child be seen by a local orthodontist. Two Front lets you treat the rest in your office, with an orthodontist behind each one.

Who is responsible for the case?

A licensed orthodontist plans and oversees treatment. Your team scans, delivers aligners and runs the in-office visits.

Do you use the Invisalign Palatal Expander?

Not yet. We are considering it for the future. Today we get excellent expansion in Phase 1 with Invisalign First.

What does it cost the family?

We walk through family pricing and financing on your Invisalign analysis call.

135 Invisalign cases in one year. Absolutely zero ClinChecks.

Dr. Ingrid Murra, Orthodontist and Founder of Two Front

Built by an orthodontist who understands the challenges of offering Invisalign

"Even as an orthodontist who specialized in Invisalign, I struggled. The operations and the finances of running Invisalign as my only procedure came with a lot of challenges. I knew there had to be a better way."
