What the patients say
The cases you start are treated by your ortho team. This is how that lands for the patient you hand over.
I had a wonderful experience with Amanda. She was highly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. From our first interaction, I felt comfortable and confident in her expertise. The paperwork was handled efficiently and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend her!

Two Front has been absolutely amazing! Specifically the amount of care and attention Kelly has given has been outstanding. Along with Kelly, Julie has been communicating through the app very quickly and is always so helpful.
Two Front makes straightening your teeth really easy. Majority is done at home, giving you flexibility to do scans when you have time without needing appointments. The app allows you to message your team and ask questions any time, and compare your weekly scans to see how you're progressing.

Outstanding experience with Amber L. She is an exceptional Oral Health Advocate and her follow-up with me was excellent.
Questions
How do I get started?
It's easy. Click here to book a demo, and we'll take it from there.
What do I actually do on a case?
You scan the patient, recommend treatment, and deliver the aligners. That is about an hour of your chair time across the whole case. An orthodontist on the Two Front team designs the case and owns the ClinChecks, the monitoring and the compliance chasing, so none of that lands on your schedule.
How much do I get paid per case?
Whatever your practice pays you per case. Two Front does not set it. The calculator starts at $400 because it is a common figure, and you can put your own number in. At $400 a case, a hundred cases a year is $40,000 for roughly 100 hours of your time, which works out at $400 an hour.
How many refinements should I expect?
One on average. The case is planned up front by an orthodontist as comprehensive orthodontics rather than assembled chairside, and that is what keeps refinements, and your chair time, down.
How many cases a year is realistic?
The national average for a dentist doing Invisalign alone is about six a year. On Two Front, a hundred is the goal, and the top practices do more. Volume climbs because the system makes the orthodontic consultation a standard part of care, rather than something raised only when someone happens to notice it. About one in four patients who could benefit go on to start, so once a team works the consultation into its hygiene flow, the number of cases the practice starts climbs quickly.
Where do the numbers in this calculator come from?
Your side of it is whatever you set: what you net per case after the lab bill, and how many cases you start in a year. Against that we charge 12 hours of your own time per case, which is not chair time alone, it is the ClinChecks, the monitoring visits, the refinements and the emergencies across the life of the case. Divide what you net by those hours and you get the number most dentists have never worked out: roughly $79 an hour. The Two Front side is your compensation per case times your case volume, at about an hour of your time per case.
Do I need to be an orthodontist?
No. You are the dentist the patient already knows and sees. The orthodontic work, the diagnosis, the treatment plan and the case management, is done by an orthodontist on the Two Front team who is responsible for the outcome.
